Privacy policy

We collect as little as possible. Here's what happens to your data, in plain language.

Who is responsible

CinePresente is responsible for the data handled on this site. Contact: contato@cinepresente.com.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay), PayPal and Woovi (Pix, Brazil only). Your payment details go straight to them: we never see or store your card details.

Cinema plan: your photos stay with you

You build the experience in the editor, inside your browser. Your photos, videos and texts are stored in the browser itself (localStorage and IndexedDB) and are never uploaded to our servers. If you clear your browser data, they're deleted.

Production plan

You answer a questionnaire, which is emailed to our team, and send us the material for your story. We use that material only to build your experience and delete it after delivery.

Nothing is published without permission

No photo, video or story appears on our site, or anywhere else, without your written permission.

Cookies

• One cookie with the visitor's country, to show prices in your local currency.
• One cookie with the language you chose, so the site always opens in your language.

We don't use any advertising trackers at this time.

Your rights

You can ask to access the data we hold about you and ask for it to be deleted. Just write to contato@cinepresente.com.
